This honey comes from our local beekeeper Emanuel Kiriakakis.
Depending on the season, the bees collect honey from various flowers and wild herbs.
Moreover, according to the season and plant bloom, the baskets are moved from high in the mountains to close to the sea.

The bees also regularly fly around in our gardens, which creates a bond with our product.

The combs are collected twice a year and the honey is thrown cold.
The honey is not heated to be extracted from the combs.
As a result, the natural composition of the honey remains unaffected.

Wild thyme gives the honey the dark color,  the honey is very liquid and has a rich, full, fresh taste.
