The stated prices do not include shipping costs.
Your order will be carefully packed by us and sent to you as soon as possible.
This can take 1 to 5 business days.
If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
Our packages are sent by:

Post.nl / DHL and will be delivered to your door, delivery is via parcel deliverer of Post.nl/DHL. In general, the delivery will take place on working days between 9:00 and 18:00.
The moment we can do not guarantee delivery.

Mondial Relay, in this case you have to pick up your order yourself at a collection point in your area.
The Mondial Relay shipping option is not available for all countries.
Damage or loss of your package during shipment, and which is not due to our packaging, will not be reimbursed by us. In case of damage or loss, please always contact us and we will do our utmost to find a solution.
If you opt for shipping via Post.nl, you can have your package sent insured at an additional cost.
If you opt for shipping via Mondial Relay, the insurance for your package is already included in the shipping price.
Large orders (weighing over 50 kg) will be sent to you free of charge or delivered to you personally.
