Tired but very satisfied we look back on a successful harvest! The fresh olive oil of very good quality with a wonderful aroma and fresh, spicy, fruity taste and an average acidity of only 0.3% is stored in our stainless steel vats and now has to settle before we can start packaging it in January. We can now rest a bit and enjoy this Christmas together with family and dear friends. We wish everyone a very happy Christmas !
